I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (LMBT, NC #10120) and a graduate of the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork in Fairview, NC, a school of Clinical Neuromuscular and Structural Balancing.  I am a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and a Board Member of the Emergency Response Massage International (ERMI).  I am Board Certified (BCTMB) by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and have over twenty years of broad medical experience including pre-hospital, clinic, hospital and medical spa settings. I am the Clinical Massage Program Instructor for Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College in the Allied Health Continuing Education Division. My practice reaffirms the importance of the relationship between the practitioner and patient, focuses on the whole person, and makes use of all appropriate therapeutic approaches, healthcare professionals, and disciplines to achieve health and healing.
